ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. You cannot change shipping address or cancel the order once an order is shipped. Using USPS, or e-packet depending on your location and fastest available service.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time are estimates and are not guaranteed. It may take more time in the event of forces of nature, during Christmas, Valentine's Day, due to custom inspections or other factors that are beyond our control. 

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates based on previous orders:

  • United States, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, New Zealand, South East Asia - 2 to 3 weeks
  • Rest of the world - 2 to 5 weeks

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?

If you plan to buy our product as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

We ship WORLDWIDE. However, we reserve the rights to exclude countries from time to time, based on the current situations.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Multiple items may be shipped separately as they may come from multiple suppliers. Thus, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages with different tracking number.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

MYCOZYKID is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please make a report with your respective shipping carrier provided to you via email.
